Where do you work?

We are based in Yonkers, NY and serve the New York metro daily. We also take on commercial projects nationwide, with completed work spanning New York, Michigan, and Nevada.

What happens after hours or in an emergency?

Our office hours are Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Monitored systems are watched around the clock by our central station partner, and urgent service calls go to the same main line: (914) 888-7857.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. NYS Department of State License No. 12000297382, with NICET and OSHA certified technicians. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

Do you offer maintenance plans?

Yes. Service and maintenance agreements keep your system inspected, tested, and supported long after installation day, and we service systems we did not originally install.

Designed the bracket from measured shop drawings, fabricated it in aluminum with rubber-protected contact points and set-screw clamping, then installed it with the tablets wired and running.
